Transition project came to en end on last 5 February 2016. TRANSITION partners, have been experimenting, learning, sharing and practicing around the best incubation methods, processes and tools to let social innovation flourish in Europe for the last 30 months and are happy to share these results with you. 

Nevertheless,  for those who are willing to pursue their efforts, do not miss the opportunity offered by the Social Innovation Tournament organised by the European Investment Bank Institute and  which promotes the generation of innovative ideas and rewards initiatives that fight against social exclusion. It covers projects in a wide range of fields – from education, health care and job creation, to new technologies, new systems and new processes.

The tournament is open to not-for-profit and for-profit organisations, young entrepreneurs and social enterprises, corporate responsibility departments of private sector companies of any size, NGOs, government or local government entities and university communities.
