Santa Fe incubator opens new competition programme just for startups
Santa Fe Business Incubator , organises a SpokeShave - peer to peer pitchfest on Saturday, February 27, 2016 from 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM
SpokeShave is a peer-to-peer pitch competition just for the startup community. There's no third party judges or self-declared experts choosing the winner - it's entrepreneurs listening to, scoring, and giving critical feedback to each other. Here's how it works:
- Startups who wish to enter the competition pay a $25 entrance fee to compete (cash only). Only one person from each startup can give the pitch and only that person is allowed in the circle during the competition.
- Each startup receives judging rubrics for the other competitors. These rubrics will be used to score each pitch and will be tallied at the end to determine the winner.
- After the pitch portion is completed the scores are tallied and a winner is announced. The winning pitch takes the pot.
