Getting investment ready – interactive Q&A session with Fadi Naffah
This 60-minute session is for European SMEs seeking practical tips on how to get investment ready and how to ensure that their business is attractive for investments.
Expert Fadi Naffah (Business Mentor specialized in investment readiness and growth) will delve into the following topics:
- Different rounds of funding (family, friends, fools; seed; Series A; Beyond series B etc) and what investors look for at each stage of maturity
- What makes a company attractive to investors?
- How to present your company to investors?
- Dynamic Q&A session where our expert will explore financing strategies in more detail and answer individual questions related to investment readiness.
The InnoRate investment readiness services focus on the investment readiness preparation of Europe’s innovators and SMEs. Thus, the primary target audience of the investment readiness services is European SMEs, start-ups, and innovators from across the EU, who may be at any stage of the funding cycle. Through the investment readiness services, we seek to engage pilot EU SMEs looking for seed/scale up funding with high investment potential.

InnoRate is an H2020 project, aimed at supporting innovative, tech-driven start-ups and SMEs with high growth potential to have easier access to the financing solutions required to scale and grow. About the Speaker:
Fadi Naffah of Berytech is a leading business and innovation centre in Lebanon. With more than 15 years of international experience, Fadi works across multiple fields in developing entrepreneurship and today specialises in working with companies in the fields of Growth Strategy and Tech Innovation. He is also actively involved within the World Business Angels Investment Forum (WBAF), where he acts as both a business mentor helping start-ups in the five continents and as the WBAF senator for Lebanon. On top of this, he works as a volunteer business consultant on the Stanford Seed Transformation program, working to end the cycle of global poverty through offering access to business mentorship and coaching, among other initiatives. We are delighted that he can offer his technical expertise and vast experience to offer insights on how to successfully attract investment.
