OCEAN HACKATHON 2^ND EDITION | CALL FOR CHALLENGES NOW OPEN!

Technopôle Brest-Iroise, a business support organisation based in France, is organising the second edition of Ocean Hackathon, under the umbrella of Campus Mondial de la Mer, French Tech Brest+ and the MORESPACE booster initiatives.

Ocean Hackathon is an event to be hosted in Brest, France, from October 13^th-15^th which aims at developing new products or services, producing a collective added-value, or offering the possibility to clear the way for an innovative concept.

To do so, we offer you many and varied data related to the ocean (e.g. marine activities, ecology and biology, oceanic predictions, seabed, marine maps, satellite pictures, daymarks…) in the tip of Brittany area. The data is proposed for free during the week-end by data providers such as IFREMER, SHOM, University of Brest, CLS Group, CNES,…

Ocean Hackathon is based on a call for challenges which is open from now until June 18^th. Shall you have an idea related to ocean activities, please submit it by June 18^th. If approved, your challenge could be taken up by one of the Ocean Hackathon team on October 13^th-15^th.
