Still few days to apply as expert in IP and Legal Advice

Since April, SmartAgriFood is organising tailored training events for the 17 companies selected to proceed to its phase two:

  • The Perfect Pitch training took place last 18th and 19th of April and set the scene to prepare and improve the pitch deck for each companies, who presnetated their business in front of the trainer Dario Mazzella and few EBN members such as, TVT Innovation, South East BIC, Bic Euronova, BICMINHO and Intellexi .
  • The Branding and Marketing workshop took place the following day and was open to SAF companies and other entrepreneurs. The key lessons were: “Be present, build relationships, develop trust”, and participants found very useful to learn how good brands are built upon points of differentiation and can develop an entire company’s reputation.
  • On May 25th, SAF and other companies met in Porto to learn as much as possible about Investors' Readiness. They were presented different type of investment players depending on the different maturity level and needs of each company. The companies participating could then engage in a questions & answers session with the trainer and André Castro, companies' coach and president of BICMINHO.

There will be another workshop before the end of the acceleration program: it will take place next 29th June in Brussels and will tackle issues such as IP protection, taxation, standardisation and there are still few days to apply as trainer. Find here the call for expression of interest where to find the requirements and the application form: good luck!
