Every year now since 2004,  EU|BIC members fill in the EBN Self-Assessment questionnaire online that enables the EU|BIC Quality Team to collect, analyse and promote the data which illustrates the performance of the EBN network as a community of professionals that contribute to the growth of businesses in the most effective, efficient and sustainable way.

EBN is proud to promote these results through the infographics and impact report (to be released very soon).It is also the time of the year to fill in the 2016 EBN Self-Assessment questionnaire (data for the year 2015). The deadline for submission is the 17th of June 2016, please do not miss it!  We advise you not to wait until the very last days to avoid stress and delaying the publication of the 2017 impact report. 
This year, we at EBN are also part of the assessing game as we have added a section about your satisfaction with the services delivered by the network.  The purpose is to understand your needs and better tailor our services accordingly.

The completion of the questionnaire is the key to guarantee quality assurance within the whole EU|BIC network, support continuous improvement through benchmarking services, serve you better and create better opportunities for specialized networking as we better understand what you do and how you do it. And last but not least, it ensures higher visibility of the EU|BIC community as our quality system is recognised as a best practice from organizations within and around our industry!
