India enters the EBN network with GBI from Bangalore
EBN welcomes the first member from India: GBI - Global Business Inroads from Bangalore. GBI is an international management consulting entity with expertise in:
- Technology Transfer and Project Management in the Clean-Tech, Life Sciences and ICT sectors.
- Program and Ecosystem Development for international technology transfer and climate change mitigation.
GBI identifies opportunities in new and emerging markets for innovative technologies while indigenizing the business models and supply chains to ensure sustainable market development. One of their fortes is to build ecosystems around technology deployment - a strategy focused on putting solutions on the ground and making them work. They focus a lot on the process of technology management.
They provide customized solutions and hand-hold clientele through the entire gamut of internationalization ensuring sustainable deployment in foreign markets (India, US and Europe). More often than not innovation needs mentor-ship and access to corporations to grow and some large corporations are on the constant look out for innovation but sometimes might not have the right channels, GBI plays a vital role in bridging this gap.
GBI also assists technology institutions and clusters from around the world internationalize. They have developed innovative platforms for facilitating business and technology collaborations, best practice exchanges, and exposure to business leaders, industry experts and research communities.
