EBN is happy to welcome two new members, Item Oxygen based in Italy and Dongguan Changping Technology Investment Ltd coming from China!

Item Oxygen is an organisation that operates in the medical and biomedical sector for over 20 years with 2 main offices: one in Southern Italy (Altamura- Bari), the other one in North Italy (San Giuliano- Pisa). Item Oxygen uses its own Research Center accredited at MIUR (Italian Ministry for Research and University) for its innovation and research activities.

Item Oxygen main activities encompass design and manufacture of facilities dedicated to the use of medical gasses, design and manufacture of electronic devices for the management of some chronic diseases in both home and hospital, as well as strategic consulting on R&D projects.

However, Item Oxygen’s strategic goals go beyond these activities – they are becoming a landmark for the entrepreneurial community of their territory (Muglia area in Apulia region), and by joining EBN, Item Oxygen would like to become a catalyst for all parties interested in implementing innovation, but most of all for the startups. Item Oxygen aims at becoming an acredited EU|BIC and benchmarking with the rest of the EU|BICs, making them a focal point for supporting innovation and startups in the region.

After WUXI China-Europe International Technology Transfer Center, EBN welcomes  another member coming from China: Dongguan Changping Technology Investment Ltd.

Dongguan Changping Technology Investment Ltd is an organisation which main activities include:

• investment, construction, development, operation and management of Science and Technology Parks
• the establishment and investment management of technology industry funds
• the technology transfer in emerging technology industry
• the offering of strategy consulting for technology enterprises, investment and financing, and other technology services.
