Service Platform
The service platform ensures that SMEs entering or expanding into a new country are introduced to that country’s business practices and culture most effectively. This is a service that provides a practical solution both to promote existing internationalisation services and to profile growing SMEs looking for international opportunities.
The members of the service platform commit to provide help beyond the traditional business incubation services offered to domestic companies. Those services serve to accelerate foreign companies’ learning processes, help them make contacts in the new country, and provide access to the resources necessary to meet their business goals.
EBN Soft Landing centres are trusted and certified partners of EBN that have the capacity to address SMEs:
- logistic needs
- fast track access to local community
- specialised support.
SMEs get privileged access to offices abroad located within BICs, Incubators, Entrepreneurship centres, Business Accelerators, University Business Units, Science Parks, Clusters and other areas of innovation. Moreover, SMEs receive top-level support by local teams to each visiting company with a dedicated service aimed at advising them, with a calling in expertise, on practical issues of doing business in the country of reference.
EBN organises also technical visits/tours abroad with on-site visits to centres of excellence and B2B events.
