EBN in collaboration with the EU|BIC community actively initiates and implements various international projects.

Project participation is a key instrument in achieving our mission to drive regional economic, sustainable and social development. The regional reach of our members enables direct access to key innovation stakeholders providing unique added value to the projects we work on. Ultimately, it helps our members to increase their knowledge and connects in a time-saving way to new partnerships and business-generating activities.

Discover the world of EU-funded initiatives.

International projects operated within EBN offer our members (EU|BICs and Associates) access to relevant opportunities for participation in EU-funded projects, dedicated expert support in project initiation and application and opportunities for you and client companies to grow your organisation.

Members of the EU|BIC community focus their operations on several vertical sectors, such as Green and Bio Economy, Smart Mobility, Space, Industry 4.0, Creative and Cultural Industries, and Advanced Materials, and Social Innovation Our joint-efforts follow cross-cutting themes, such as access to capital, entrepreneurship stimulation and education, acceleration and incubation, and internationalisation. Entrepreneurship and Education, Acceleration, Funding and Growth, Internationalisation.

EU|BIC and Associate members meet, connect and collaborate within the dedicated Special Interest Groups (SIGs). Currently there are five SIGs active on the themes: Eco-Innovation, Social Impact, Creative and Cultural Industries, Space and Smart Manufacturing. The EU|BIC SIGs are a perfect platform to find, start and form project collaborations.

Further SIGs addressing additional sectors and themes will be developed based on the demands of members and opportunities in the market.
