EBN Member Technopole Brest-Iroise is calling  French-speaking innovators in the field of blue economy to apply for Ocean Hackathons' challenges by 3 October 2018 and join the hackathon taking place in Brest, France between 05-07 October.

Participants need to register to one challenge. The choice will be made during the registration process, or at the latest, on 5th of October just after the project owners' pitches.

One challenge corresponds to only one team, made up of 4 to 10 participants, ideally consisting of multidisciplinary teams (e.g. ocean experts, law or economics professionals, IT experts etc).

Why attend? 

The participants wil have a chance to work on their solutions to the challenges with their mentors, design digital tools and expand their professional network. 

The number of places is limited, due to security reasons. The ticket price (15 euros) includes the registration to Ocean Hackathon 2018, and the catering. Participants will be able to sleep on-site, but will need to provide their own sleeping bag.
