The European Business and Innovation Cartagena (CEEIC) is a non-profit organisation founded in 1992 by the Institute of Development in the Region of Murcia (INFO). It is part of EBN (European Business & Innovation Centers Network) and the National Association of Spanish BICs (ANCES). Its main lines of action are:

• Promoting entrepreneurship and innovation culture with special emphasis on population at an early age
• Entrepreneurial advice and training for the implementation of business projects
• Creation and consolidation of innovative technology-based companies
