I am a management professional with over 25 years experience in a variety of roles from engineering to arts management and from working for manufacturing companies to designing and delivering bespoke training programmes. This is what I do at the moment. I am an Innovation Specialist with Solutions Consultancy Ireland. My main role now is to deliver training courses on all aspects of Innovation, Design Thinking, Entrepreneurship, Marketing and Idea Generation.

I also work as an innovation consultant for companies, helping to bring an alternative, creative methodology to problem solving and growth within their organisations, by bringing cutting edge processes into place to manage disruptive, innovative projects throughout, from inception through ideation, testing and final implementation.

I believe quite strongly that if Innovation is used as more than a trendy buzz word, but is put into action, it will have huge positive effects on the growth and management of all organisations, from individuals starting their own sole trader business dream to social enterprises to huge state bodies.
