Ms DEUTINGER is responsible for the project management of ESA BIC Bavaria, managed by AZO, supporting company foundations and commercial applications based on aerospace technologies and infrastructures. AZO’s Bavarian locations in Oberpfaffenhofen, Nuremberg, and Berchtesgadener Land have aided more than 70 start-ups in recent years, which places them among the most successful incubation programmes involving the commercial use of space technologies and infrastructures.

Within the s2g2m2 project - aiming at the development of sustainable mobility solutions with the aid of mobile services, improving utilisation of current and planned initiatives, and strengthening transnational cooperation - Ms DEUTINGER is responsible on AZO side for the conception and implementation of the voucher scheme. Furthermore she is responsible for the establishment of the mini-MBA and the train the trainer scheme. Ms DEUTINGER also will handle aspects of the project connected to finance, such as costing, scheduling, planning and reporting.

Ms DEUTINGER brings coaching and teaching experience with main focus on evaluation of innovative ideas, business plan development, generic business simulations as well research experience in entrepreneurial behaviour, business transition and leadership in SMEs. Ms DEUTINGER has held a lot of different lectures like Entrepreneurship & Innovation, Entrepreneurial Strategy, Entrepreneurial Finance and generic business simulations, etc. Ms DEUTINGER is also lecturer at the Steinbeis University Berlin.
