Patrice THIRY has been involved in Business Incubation since 1996. He's the co-founder of a Belgian EBIC and is still  making part of its Governance Team.

As part of the EBIC Tack Force, he has acquired skills and know how in assessing the quality of incubators, as well as expertise in territorial approach of incubation and EBIC geostrategy.

As a 15-years member of the Walloon Association of EBICs, he has a complete overview of incubation strategic intelligence and is also used to negotiate with regional and European authorities.

For more than 10 years, he has dealt with business models, creativity and innovation tools. He is particularly focused on EBIC regional and European promotion and has developped creative tools as specific trumps for EBICs to efficiently communicate.

He has aslo been involved in Regional Economic Agency Policy Mix definition as earlys as in 1991 and has been managing for 19 years the Initialis Science Park in Wallonia.
