LILA Project Manager, Facilitator for innovative startups, Sébastien is specialized in the field of open innovation, applying the methods to foster the enterprise’s business development. His main expertise is based on innovative method like Living Labs, Lean Startups, Service Design ou Business Model in order to support startups growth, and optimize the adoption curve of products and services and ensure that offer fit with the user needs.
Graduated from the engineer school ENSGSI (System & Innovation) in Nancy, with a specialization in project management by the CESI, has 6 years of relevant experience in innovative business development. From 2012, as leader of LILA project, co-funded by the program Interreg IV-B North-West Europe, the consortium apply Living Labs approach at a transnational level and prepare digital and innovative enterprise for internationalization.
