I am a Policy Analyst at the European Centre for International Political Economy (ECIPE). My work focuses on European sectoral policies with a special interest in technological innovation and healthcare policy. At the same time, I am also engaged in several activities concerned with entrepreneurship, innovation and 3D printing and I am a member of the European Health Parliament. Among these activities, I am coordinating a MeetUp group of more than 650 members based in Brussels which aims to promote entrepreneurship and innovation, while I am also leading the creation of a community FabLab in Sicily. This social project is inspired by my experience in Brazil through the CONNECT program. My previous experience touches both the public and the private sector. I have worked as a consultant for the European Commission and the United Nations, while I also had the chance to collaborate to the creation of two start-ups and have recently worked in a FabLab in Brazil thanks to the CONNECT programme.
