Michaela is a Senior Project Manager at EBN, running Better Incubation Project funded under the EU Programme for Employment and Social Innovation. The project fosters inclusive and social entrepreneurship in Europe by mobilising and empowering business support organisations with capacities to effectively embrace inclusive incubation.

Before joining EBN, Michaela held diverse roles at UNDP, EEA/Norway grants, LEGO Foundation and EMES International Research Network. Besides donor fund management, she covered civic participation and social impact initiatives across Europe, Asia and Latin America, working at the intersection of policy, research, programme design, and capacity development. She graduated from University of Barcelona (social economy), UCD (European economic & public affairs), and University of Cambridge (social innovation).
