I am a free-lance consultant especialized in business intercollaboration, business groups generation processes, networks and ecosystems of SME, start ups, enterpreneurs and non profit organizations, considering the different kind of stakeholders involved (public administration-economic development, R&D and technological centers, business and professional associations, non profit associations, etc). The purpouse focus can be related with innovation, research, internationalization or economic local development.

Also I have done training programmes, courses, workshops and talks about that, mainly with the support of the public sector, business associations or professional associations. Furthermore I have developed methodologies,  publications and dynamics promoting the alignment of strategies, a good selection of strategic partners, group cohesion and partners relationships. As you know, according with several studis around 70% of business cooperation projects fail, so I work to make efficient and get results through collaboration and cooperation. 

At the same time I teach strategic planning and business models to SME managers, entrepreneurs,  public technicians, scientists and cultural/creative people and work as a consultant and mentor in strategic planning, business model creation and business plans/programs evaluation.

Ten years ago I founded a network of consultants that offer training and business support services to SME and entrepreneurs, mainly trough public administrations (Government of Catalonia-ACCIO, Diputació de Barcelona, business associations like CECOT, etc).  Before start working as a free-lance consultant, about 15 years ago, I worked as a manager in medium and small companies but also in big companies (telecom, media-publishing, engineering, entrepreneurs public programs, etc). Since some years ago I also work to promote the sharing economy and sharable cities.

I studied the undergraduate degree in Business Administration (5 years) and a Master in Business Administration at ESADE Business School in Barcelona, and also some posgraduate studies in UPC and EADA-Business School.
