Farid Bidardel is the representative for inclusive entrepreneurship for the Social Impact gGmbH. He currently manages the scholarship programmes for migrants, refugees and/or other minorities in different German cities (e.g. ChancenNutzer, The Human Safety Net for Refugee Start-Up). He holds a Master's degree in Education, specializing in youth- and adult education and is a lecturer at the University of Marburg on Entrepreneurship. Farid has over 10 years experience working in capacity building for socially disadvantaged youth and young adults in various non-profit organisations.
