The owner and managing director of Intellexi Ltd., Mónika Alíz MÉSZÁROS, holds almost 20 years of experience as manager, mentor, (lead) beneficiary and subcontractor in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of various international funding projects in the framework of H2020 – the EU Research and Innovation programme with the highest amount of available funding -, COSME – Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs, EIT Climate-KIC – Europe’s leading climate innovation initiative, CIP Eco Innovation, Danube Transnational Programme – South-East Europe Programme, Interreg-IPA CBC Hungary-Serbia, Interreg V-A Slovakia-Hungary Cooperation Programme and EuropeAID, to name a few. Mónika has been involved in international projects totalling more than EUR 100 million during the approximately two decades.

She has joined the Special Interest Groups ’Eco-Innovation’ and ’Internationalisation Pilot’ and has been appointed by the European Commission as the official and contracted evaluator for the Horizon 2020’s single SME instrument calls since the beginning of 2015 and for the INTERREG Central European projects.

In the framework of the H2020 programmes, Mónika provides tailored consultancy, coaching and mentoring for SMEs, with special emphasis on start-ups(projects: CommBeBiz, Vizzata, NearUS, fet2rin, SmartEEs and ACTTIVAte).

For 3 years she has been presenting on the UN’s Commission on the Status of Women annual conferences and has been organising and implementing related side events in New York, USA.
She has also been presenting at the annual conference of WUSME (World Union of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises).
