Christophe Poupart, 48, has worked for more than 25 years in the field of local economic development, entrepreneurship and innovation.

After obtaining  education in the field of business administration and working as an auditor at IHEDATE, he took part in the creation and development of several economic organizations in the Ile de France and in the Picardy region before becoming director of ACCET-Val d'Oise Technopole in 2002.

Val d'Oise Technopole was established in 1985, with a mission is to stimulate entrepreneurship, support entrepreneurs and contribute to the economic development of Val d'Oise Department.

Parallel to his directorial post at ACCET-Val d'Oise Technopole, Christophe Poupart is involved in numerous professional networks, acting as a Vice-President of Initiative Ile de France and of the French Innovation network RETIS.

Finally, he acts as a Chair of the Board of Directors of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Electronique et des Applications (ENSEA) in Cergy-Pontoise.
