Director of BIC Araba. Telecom Engineer with Master degrees on Automotive Industry and e-Government.

After having worked for Mercedes-Benz and for a dot-com bubble startup he joined BIC Araba to launch and manage several projects related to ICT, Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Since 2010 he runs the company and collaborates with the Basque Government to design and manage local economic development policies and initiatives as the Bind 4.0 accelerator. He also works for the European Commission as an external evaluator and reviewer for SME Instrument and Fast Track to Innovation Pilot.
