VITTORIO SIMONCELLI, Head of  Local Development & Business Incubator Dept. at Sviluppo Basilicata SpA - the Regional Development Agency of Basilicata region (Italy).  Born in 1968 and graduated in Political and International Sc. at University of Rome “La Sapienza”, with a Master in Management of Innovation at Superior Saint Anna School in Pisa. He is an expert with +18 years of activity in SME’s internationalization and innovation, EU Projects, enterprise creation and entrepreneurship, SMEs and Start-up financing (venture capital, grants & loan), networking and institutional building. He actually manages a regional IncHUBator System composed by 3 sectorial business incubators (Creative and Cultural Industry, Green Economy, Biotechnologies), whose one aimed at creativity in the unique Matera Sassi (UNESCO) treasure. In the recent past he was the Project Office Manager at Chamber of Commerce in Potenza. He's also author of historical and socio-economic essays.
