Name | Reina Dib Angoujard |

Job title | Consultant in Communications |
My two-decade experience is in the planning, development and implementation of communications and public relations strategies across multiple sectors in Lebanon and the UAE.
I am currently consulting in communications, having moved back to France with my husband.
I last served as the Director of Communications and Outreach at Berytech, the ecosystem for startups and entrepreneurs in Lebanon, in charge of the overall corporate image and exposure of Berytech to the outside world. In this role I designed, planned and developed strategic corporate communication and outreach for Berytech as well as the community of startups and SMEs. I interfaced with entrepreneurs and innovators, and leading international funders and donors.
I was previously the head of Marketing Communications at the American University in Dubai, a department I established. In this role, I interfaced with CEOs, heads of state, and leading international political and business figures, worked on strategic plans, developed policies and procedures, as well as consulted with the senior administration and governing board on marketing communications.
Earlier, as an Account Director in one of the leading Public Relations agencies in the Middle East, I consulted, advised and managed several client portfolios from different sectors. I gained broad experience in advertising and branding, crisis management, event management and media relations.
I started my career in media, where I worked with leaders in the Lebanese market including Arab Ad, The Daily Star and Lebanon Opportunities.
A global citizen at heart, fluently speaking English, Arabic and French, I was born in Lebanon and raised between France and Saudi Arabia. I graduated from the Lebanese American University in Business Marketing. I spent a decade in the Gulf before returning to my native Lebanon in 2017. I moved back to France with my husband in May 2021 where I am now consulting as a communications expert. I am the holder of a dual French Lebanese citizenship.
Living and working in different countries has allowed me to gain a certain openness and understanding of how communities function as a whole within their diversities. I am a firm believer that employees are the best advocates of any company and am now working on making sure entrepreneurs have everything it takes for their shot in the spotlight.
In my spare time, I am a passionate baker of all things sweet.
