Jorgest Kovaçi is the Executive Director at Adriapol Institute and the Project manager of “ Youth entrepreneurship” and “Creative City Platform”.

Lecturer of Enterprise and Management at the University “Marin Barleti”. He studied in Italy at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in “Economics and Finance” in 2006 and a master’s degree in “Management, Innovation and Internationalization of Enterprises” in 2008 at the same University.

He has worked on several projects on start-up enterprises, such as Albanian Partners Absorber, Sign*A*Rama, New Horizons Albania, Barleti Training and Testing Center.

Jorge is an effective researcher with excellent planning, organizational, and conceptual strengths as well as the ability to lead, establish goals, and reach the objectives.  He is a networking expert for the Regional Cluster of the Digital Economy – Innovation Hub Tirana. He has skills in Project Developer over the topics of Entrepreneurship and SMEs, Networking, Clustering and Business Incubators.

He is Researcher of Human Resources Management over the topics of Flexible Human Resources.
