After completing his undergraduate education at Istanbul University Department of Mechanical Engineering, he has acquired his graduate degrees from METU Science and Technology Policy Studies and from METU Political Science and Public Administration. Since the beginning of his career in the year 1999, he has acquired national and international project experience via the projects he participated in, which were conducted in the public and private sector, university and NGOs. He is particularly experienced in the areas of innovation, competitiveness, accumulation, network analysis and related fields. Currently, he also continues his post as an academic member at METU Science and Technology Policy Studies and Bursa Orhangazi University Department of Industrial Engineering. He is an accredited trainer of Innovation Management Academy, developed under the auspices of Turkish Exporters’ Assembly.
