I would classify myself as a Digital Social Innovator. I have been involved in the field of digital technology for 18 years and worked for private, public, third sector organisations as a ICT Consultant, Software Engineer, Customer Services Manager and Community Projects Manager.I hold a degree in Technology Management, a Diploma in Teaching ICT and I am a qualified Social Accountant.

Over the last decade I have specialised in design and development of Social Impact Tracker. Its social objective is to allow any front-line organisations to report on their outputs, outcomes and impact. I have engaged with charities, social enterprises, council and voluntary organisations across Ireland and Britain to influence and improve the way digital technology can be used to improve their operations and impact. 

In 2006 I set-up the social enterprise responsible for Social Impact Tracker from a community mental health charity and currently oversee the project management, product development, business operations, client portfolio, training and networking.
