I have over over 30 years experience is the creation and development of social enterprises and charities in the fields of arts, education and tourism.

Currently, I am running a social enterprise set up by Coventry University called CU Social Enterprise CIC. Our mission is to help staff, students and alumni set up social enterrpises.

CUSE has been set up to develop social enterprises created by staff and students of Coventry University. Our aim is to create sustainable businesses driven by the power and imagination of people who are passionate about making a social impact.

QUAD  is one of Derby’s largest social enterprises and registered charities with a turnover in excess of £2.9 million. In a highly visible location on Derby's Market Place, it has been described as “mission critical” to the successful regeneration of the city. It has 2 cinemas, 2 galleries, media production facilities, cafe/bar and a substantial education and community development programme. With over 50 ftes it has significant B2B and B2C business propositions.
