Since 2001, Valerie is dedicated in the soft-landing hub connection between Greater China and Europe.

Valerie is specialized in helping Taiwanese and Chinese MNEs to relocate their business in Europe through the Netherlands, in terms of corporate structure, tax planning, financial and accounting setup etc. Valerie wants to contribute her expertise and experience to facilitate the internationalization of Taiwanese startups to Europe.

In 2008 Taiwan Globalization Network (TGN) has been set up to connect the incubation and soft-landing resources in Taiwan and Europe to help Taiwanese startups to grow faster in Europe. Valerie is dedicated to establish the internationalization and soft-landing network between Taiwan and Europe, based on various MOUs signed between SMEA, MOEA and EBN and many partners, such as Taiwan Startup Acceleration Partner, Business Angel Europe, ITRI, NCTU, Chungyuan University, Chaoyang University, KUAS etc.

On 23 October 2015, Letter of Intent (LOI) was signed between Utrecht City (The Netherlands), TGN and KUAS to set up Taiwan Soft-landing Bridge in Utrecht, to facilitate the open innovation and internationalization of Taiwan Startups and scales up to expand in Europe, and vice versa.

In July 2018, Tiger Accelerator is launched in both Taipei City and Utrecht as the bridge head of Taiwan-Europe Soft-landing Bridge.
