Business Coaching is a process that enables learning and development to occur and thus performance to improve. To be a successful, a Coach requires knowledge and understanding of a process as well as the variety of styles, skills and techniques that are appropriate to the context in which the coaching takes place. 
Square One and Maria Zarotiadou have taken this definition to the next level, focusing on gender issues within the career development segment and exploring the social context of it. 
In other words, we help women who need or want to explore their career options, their career development opportunities or need to find the appropriate ways to advance themselves. The social aspect is focused on providing coaching services to underprivileged women (unemployed, living in developing countries, living in austerity etc.), helping them identify the right prospects and enabling them to use these prospects to their best advantage. 
We also provide mentoring services for executives, female and male.
