Panagiota holds a MSc in Management of Innovation from Rotterdam School of
Management, Erasmus University, and a BSc in Business Administration from
Athens University of Economics and Business.
During her undergraduate studies she acquired robust learning of a wide range of
business operations from management and finance, to business German,
marketing and management information systems (MIS), on which she build on
during her master specialization where she gained in-depth knowledge of
innovation and innovation management.
She started her professional career in a loyalty card department of a multinational
company, where she had the chance to get deep insight into consumer behaviour,
by conducting customer behaviour analysis on a daily basis, while she was
designing, realizing and monitoring promotion activities for the product categories
she was responsible of, managing supplier annual fidelity budget. Later on in her
career, and during her master studies, she had the opportunity to work as a retail
banking officer for the National Bank of Greece, accumulating valuable experience
on customer relations and services.
Joining Corallia in 2013, she currently holds the position of the Cluster Management Associate for the si-Cluster (Hellenic Space Technologies and Applications Cluster) actively contributing in the creation and the maintenance of the interconnections of the innovative ecosystem, handling day-to day cluster operations as a member of the cluster
management team.
In her spare time, and for almost a decade now, she voluntarily manages online
communication and social media presence for a non-for-profit organisation, also
assisting in event management and contributing in the expansion of the volunteer
network.
