I have experience in managing programs and projects with cross-functional teams. I currently manage Agrytech's accelerator program - An initiative led by Berytech. Throughout my first year with Berytech, I received an NPS of +78 while managing an accelerator program that delivered nine investment-ready startups. The startups won 17 local, regional, and international competitions that included prizes with a cash value totaling 197,000 USD.

At the Tech Hub, I designed and managed the venture building program which vetted more than 400 projects and accelerated more than 80 startups. By Q2 2018, startups graduating from the accelerator program raised over $60 M in investments, 11 startups internationalized to the UAE, EU, and the US, and the portfolio of startups' valuation grew from $32 M to $224 M.

At Touch, I participated in the planning and execution of national-scale projects. These projects included the 'GSM Online Activation System' and an Operational Intelligence System. The projects secured the data of more than 2,500,000 users, marginalized market fraud by more than 80%, consolidated user information, and increased the operational efficiency of sales and distribution units. My work at Touch also involved advising management on product distribution strategies all while managing strategic accounts with an annual portfolio of $170 M.
