Philippe Vanrie is in charge of strategic and commercial development and the relationship with institutional and private partners. He works in close collaboration with the Board of Directors and the directors and managers of Thésame's Labs and Boosters.

Engineer trained in Belgium, his professional career revolves around 25 years of experience, as manager and facilitator of two recognized European networks (EBN and Eureka) supporting innovation, technology and entrepreneurship. (start-ups and SMEs) and regional economic development. He also started his career as a young project manager with a structure comparable to Thésame in the Liège industrial area.

Passionate about territorial ecosystems supporting businesses and innovation, he has developed particular expertise in leading network organizations (in Europe and beyond), in dialogue with public authorities and government agencies and in engineering of European programs and funding. Philippe is also a man of the field. He has carried out numerous missions on behalf of the European Commission or local and regional structures and communities, in various European territories, and all over France, including Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.
