Nathalie Marchand is EBN's Membership Officer, providing the main interface between EBN and its members. She is responsible for customer relationship management including the member database. Additionally, Nathalie coordinates the EBN Board, Executive Committee and AGM.
Nathalie's knowledge of the EBN network, excellent communication and inter-personal skills have naturally led her to ensure first-rate client/customer relationship with the EBN members throughout her career in EBN starting in 1992.
She first joined EBN as Information Officer. She was then managing the EBN Newsletter and updating of the website until 2000. She then left EBN to work in the private sector and for the Euro Info Centre Network (now part of the EEN network) until 2002 when she rejoined EBN. She was responsible for the management of the EBN website, the EBN Newsletter and the production of EBN promotional material until April 2016.
Nathalie graduated in Linguistics (French-English-Spanish) from the University of Brussels (ULB).
