The Technical Assistance assignment was aimed at enhancing the operational efficiency of PICTI, the Palestinian ICT Incubator through the redesign of its business model as well as of some strategic components of its service portfolio. Specific support was provided in enabling an acceleration program and in redeveloping its preincubation activities. Training and tool/process development was provided in technology commercialization, business planning, fund raising, technology transfer and project management
